Analysis
Religion and Economy Analysis: Because the religion is Anglican, Anglicans from England came here for profit, an experience of the New World, and more land. The economy was mostly manufacturing, agriculture and trade. Since agriculture wasn’t a very big thing in the North, manufacturing helped the economy. Trade also helped the economy a lot because many new goods were introduced into the colony.
Founding Effect Analysis: It was a very big trading post, so Anglican traders came here to earn profit. The traders came here to get money from the famous trading post, once known as New Amsterdam. Many people settled here since the economy was so well and diverse, also there were still the Dutch since it was once formerly known as New Amsterdam and was a Dutch colony.
